50th blog post!!
I received this palette from my beautiful mother on my 20th birthday! I already knew I was getting this, and I was so excited to finally open it up and try it out! I had heard LOADS of mixed reviews on this, but bit the bullet and tried it out.
Major love for the packaging. I love that the lid is see through, so when I’m creating a look, I can see straight away whats inside, without opening.
It did come with a loose mirror with double sided tape on the bag. They said on the box that its so you can place it wherever. I obviously picked the dumbest place to put the mirror, which was on the back of the palette, since I didn’t want to block any of the shades by placing it on the front!

Now, I have mixed feelings about this. The shades ‘Snowflake’ and ‘Bubbly’ are obviously so stunning and very pigmented. However, I feel like the darker shades do seem to fade out quickly if that makes sense? Although, I’m not that fussed that the darker colours aren’t as pigmented as the light shadows, because I can get a little bit OTT with my crease colour…
I love this palette. Love it, love it, love it. This palette is fab for beginners, and for pro artists. I think the only downside for some people would be the fact the darker shades aren’t as pigmented, but like I said, doesn’t bother me!
I only did one eye so my hairs covering the non-makeup eye. #bloggertips
