The Mad Hatters (Healthy) Tea Party

I am fully aware the cover photo is coffee. I didn’t have any tea here. Sad face.

So by now, you’ve most likely heard about how wonderful green tea and its benefits are, but have you heard about other herbal teas?

I honestly could drink herbal tea by the bucket load (If you hadn’t guessed already, I’m British). I never really knew tea could be, and was healthy! Here are a few different herbal teas to add to your shopping list:

      1. I already love green tea and have like 3 boxes in my cupboard πŸ˜… but I’m definitely going to give the others a go!! Im trying to drink more tea (I’m a coffee person) and herbal tea is freaking amazing!

      2. I was a massive builders tea fan, and then I stopped drinking milk so went onto herbal teas! You definitely can’t beat coffee though! I’d definitely recommend trying out mint tea first though! It’s my favourite!! x

  1. I don’t do well with caffeine, but I heard that matcha gives you energy without jitters or anxiety- is this true in your experience?

    1. Definitely yet! I had to try and cut down on my coffee intake (I still can’t resist a cup or two now and again!), and I found myself grabbing this instead! I’d try get a sample/smaller bag of it if you can though, just because it can be quite pricey for tea, and it would be horrible to spend the money for you then not to like the taste/find it improves your energy! xx

  2. Love your title! Haha I’ve been wanting to buy matcha but all I find is ridiculously expensive organic magical matcha. (seriously…do they fertilize it with unicorn manure?) Any recommendations? 😊

  3. Oh wow – I didn’t know that herbal tea had this many benefits! I’m a MASSIVE green tea drinker and I’ve recently just bought some matcha, but I think I’ll have to branch out and buy more types of herbal tea!xx

    1. Its crazy what tea can do! Also, keep your green tea bags, and run them under cold water. Then pop them on your eyes for 10 minutes, and they’ll look brighter, and won’t feel as tired! Let me know what other teas you get! xx
