An Explanation

Hey guys!

First things first, I’m going to not be posting as regularly.

Whilst posting every day is very rewarding, it is also very hard work. I had a meeting the other day with my boss, and long story short, I’m going to be returning back to work on the 22nd (fingers crossed for no relapse in-between now and then!).

I apologise those who read my posts everyday. I am so, so, so thankful for all your support, and I hope you can forgive me!

I am by no means disappearing from blogging forever! It just might be that I have to reduce my posts per week to 2/3.

As I write this, I’m halfway through decorating and painting my room. I’m also trying to build up my stamina by doing some more trips out and about (that explains why I’ve been so AWOL recently!). I currently have ZERO posts scheduled (very rare for me), so as soon as I get some me time, I’m going to crack on and get them ready for you all.

To my ever so lovely collaborators, I am so sorry I haven’t got around to finishing my half of the collab. I promise you all that I am trying my hardest to get them done! Thank you all for being so patient with me!

I’ll still be popping my head in and out of WordPress and replying to comments and reading your posts!

  1. Good for you Brooke, best of luck going back to work, I know that butterfly feeling of excitement and nerves oh so well. Maybe a blog post in a couple months to update us on your re-integration? Hope the dreaded relapse leaves you well alone my love xxx

      1. It is scary for sure, but you will be fine. You are so strong, this is just a nice challenge for you, rather than one involving a hospital 😘
I don’t think I’ll ever be able to feel that going back to work buzz again…that said, every new day with Aurora is a different adventure so I guess I am lucky I can manage my illness enough to look after her ☺️

      2. Haha it’s definitely going to be strange, but I’m going to do my best to stay far and wide away from hospitals for the future! It’s a shame, but like you said, you’ve got the most adorable little gal, and she’s very lucky to not only have such an amazing dad, but one that is there for her! xx
