September 2017 Look Incredible Deluxe Subcription Box

It’s finally that time of the month where my favourite beauty box arrives! I believe this is only my 3rd box, but I have LOVED every single one, and I’m always just as excited to receive this as I was the last!

‘[Each box contains] 4-5 full-sized products, Beauty Box is unique every month and contains high-end essential Beauty supplies to last you through the month. Every month is a surprise but you can expect high end products ranging from mascaras to skin care products all of which are what you would expect to find on the high street.

Every item inside is carefully selected by our beauty experts who ensure that you receive the best products that include loved classics and new launches.’

There are two different subscription boxes to choose from:

The Original Beauty Box:

This box will cost you £25 a month, and the products arrive packaged in an ‘elegant black box with a finished matte effect’. Look Incredible have previously sent out brands such as St. Tropez, Costal Scents, Lord & Berry, Fusion Beauty, Fresh, and so many more with this box.

The Deluxe Beauty Box

This is the option I went for. This box is priced at £35 a month, and is delivered in a ‘elegant white box with a finished matte effect’. This box has been known to contain brands such as Chanel, Tarte, Becca, Laura Geller, Marc Jacobs, Smashbox, Burbury, Nars and so many more.

I personally chose this option since I would rather pay the extra £10 a month and receive top end designer brands.

The Look Incredible website says:

‘[We are different] because our promise is full-sized products. That’s right, no travel-size products.

Our aim is to create a box that will last you a whole month and allow you to enjoy all the items that we have to offer. At Look Incredible we strongly believe in value for money and ensure that you always get more for your money’s worth in every box. Better yet, every month we try to improve the box and offer new and exciting products based on your suggestions and feedback. So if you have any suggestions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Florapy Therapy Masks x2 – £16

‘Experience ultimate hydration with the restorative powers of flowers and essential oils. Enhanced with Recovery Essence 8 – a proprietary blend of vervain flower, grapeseed oil, olive oil, clary sage oil, almond oil, rosehip and vitamin E.’

I’ve never actually heard of this brand before, and I’ve only ever tried out one sheet mask in the past, so I’m quite excited to give these a go! The thing that slightly puts me off is how many oils there are in them since I’m a rather greasy gal!

Smashbox Be Legendary Long-Wear Lip Lacquer – £20

‘One smooth, comfortable coat will have your lips covered with colour to the max, from the morning to after-hours. Be Legendary Long Wear Lip Lacquer pushes the boundaries with its formula that delivers maximum high-lacquered colour with major comfort, all day long. No sad, patchy fading, No mid-day disappearing act and no annoying dry feeling.’

I’ve never tried a Smashbox lip product before, and the colour is right up my street! Cannot wait to see how this baby works out!

Shiseido Nourishing Mascara Base – £22.50

‘This clear eyelash base coat has been designed to improve mascara application and wear. The formula intensifies the effect of mascara, whilst providing treatment benefits to maximise volume, stabilise curl, separates and allows layering without clumping’

Again, I’ve never heard of this brand before?! I’m kinda disappointed with this since you either got sent this base coat, or the Mac Upward Lash Mascara… Fingers crossed it works well!

Makeup Forever Artist Eyeshadow Palette – £37

‘A pro eye look booster with 9 must-have Artist Shadows. Artistic Palette is offering 9 Artist Shadows to play with 3 harmonies and create your perfect look.’

My first ever Makeup Forever product!! The colours are stunning, but the only thing I dislike is how chunky the tin palette is! I will most likely end up reusing the tin once I’ve used all the shades up though!

TOTAL WORTH – £95.50

I have mixed feelings about this box. Even though I know I’m going to use everything and I’m happy with everything, I didn’t get the WOW factor that I did with my previous boxes… Very strange!

What do you think of this months Look Incredible box?

The Make Up For Ever palette is so beautiful!! Immediately added it to my Sephora cart

  4. 14th September 2017 / 5:14 pm

I love the look of that palette! But I’m really happy with the contents of the standard box this month, normally I’m jealous and want to subscribe to both haha I don’t like to miss out! x

    • 14th September 2017 / 8:39 pm

I’m usally quite happy with them, but I think I would have prefered the standard box this month haha! x

      • 14th September 2017 / 8:52 pm

Yeah it’s weird sometimes I just like one over the other x

  5. 14th September 2017 / 10:28 pm

I bet you could create some amazing smokey eyes with that palette. That’s a fab box total for £35.00 too!

    • 15th September 2017 / 8:59 am

I can’t wait to play around with it! At first, I was quite worried about if it was going to be any good of, and even though it is £35, it’s worth every penny!
