To prime my face, I took a small amount of the Laura Geller Spackled Neutraliser Colour Correcting Under Make Up Primer, smoothed it out over my face, and then let it sink in for 5 minutes.
After my primer had all sunk in, I took my L.A. Girl Pro.conceal High Definition Concealer, and pretty much covered my whole face in it since my skin is being a total ass at the minute. Once I had blended that all in, I took the Essence Stay All Day 16h Long-Lasting Foundation, and popped that on top to mask the green. Since the foundation is a tad too dark for me, I used the Collection Lasting Perfection Colour Corrector in Lemon, and used this to highlight down my nose, along my jaw line, forehead, and I also applied a tad on top of my Maybelline Erase Eye Concealer. Even though it is a yellow colour corrector, it’s not a florescent yellow like most colour correctors are, making it a perfect concealer for paler skin tones. To set it all down, I used the Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder.
To contour my face, I took the Rimmel X Kate Moss Contour Palette (still not a huge fan of this), and applied this under my cheek bones, down the side of my nose, around the top of my forehead, along my jaw line and under my lip. So pretty much everywhere… I also used the blush shade that was in the palette aswell, and applied this to the apples of my cheeks.
I usually like a blinding highlight (think tin man style), but decided to use the MAC Impalpable Glare Powder instead, to create a subtle glow.
Freedom Brow Pomade has slowly become one of my favourite products. I outlined my brows using the MAC 206, and filled them in. To help my brows stay in place, and to also help filling in any areas that I may have missed with the pomade, I took the New Look Brush On Brows Fiber Gel and brushed it through my eyebrows.
In the Beauty Glazed 35 Eyeshadow Palette, it has everything you need, from a setting colour to inner corner highlight. I actually only used three shades from the entire palette, which were a bone, neutral colour to set my lid, a deep red for my crease, and then a brighter red to pop on the top of my crease colour. Instead of using tape to create a sharp shadow wing, I used a piece of card, and just held it in place. Once my eyeshadow was all applied, I took the Stargazer Glitter Fix Gel and applied a small amount to my lid. Next, taking the horrible little sponge applicators they give you with eyeshadow palettes, I dipped it into the Evol Cosmetics Fine Dust Holographic Red Glitter and patted the glitter completely onto my lid. For the inner corner, I took Evol Cosmetics Glitter Mix in Rust, and applied this again with the Stargazer Glitter Fix Gel and sponge applicator.
To create the wing, I then took the No7 Stay Perfect Liquid Eyeliner and created a small wing. I used the L’Oreal Lash Exstatic Mascara and applied this to my top and lower lashes. I also skipped out on wearing lashes aswell, but I kind of wish I added them in now.
There really isn’t anything too crazy going on with my lips in this. Just a few swipes of the MAC Matte Lipstick in Mehr and I’m good to go!
