E.L.F. Cosmetics Haul

I may or may not have taken advantage of E.L.F. Cosmetic’s AMAZING deal they had on recently… I used to LOVE E.L.F., but haven’t tried their products out for so long, so I thought that a good old E.L.F. Cosmetics Haul was the perfect opportunity to ignite our relationship!

Also, before we get into the post, I would like to apologise for my chipped and outgrown nail polish. I would apologise for how hairy my arms are, but I don’t really care. Everyone has body hair for Gods sake!

Essential Lengthening & Defining Mascara – £0.64

I’m not too sure on how this is going to be if I’m honest. The packaging for a start does feel really cheap, and the mascara itself looked slightly gloopy.

Studio Smudge Pot Cream Eyeshadow – Crusin Chic – £1.44

First things first, this colour is stunning!! Secondly, this shit does not come off!! I scrubbed so hard with body scrubs, coconut oil, and even washing up liquid! It won’t budge! Good for a night out. Bad if you don’t want this colour on your lids for the rest of your life.

Essential Shimmer with Brush – Gold – £1.20

Super disappointed in this one. It was so difficult to get a photo of the swatch since it hardly showed up! Going to keep at it though, and hope for the best!

Studio Sparkling Eyes 5 Piece Eyeliner Set – £0.80

Hang on. 80p for 5 eyeliners?! Yes yes yes. I had ZERO hope for these, but they are incredible! They glide on so effortlessly! Also big love for the fact that each one has a built in sharpener on the lid!

Essential Shimmer Eyeliner Pencil – Twinkle Teal – £0.80

I’d be angry if I spent a lot of money on this, since it’s the EXACT same shade that’s in the kit shown above! Good job this was my favourite out of the five!

Essential Lipstick – Posh – £0.80, Studio Moisturizing Lipstick – Pink Minx – £4.50, Studio Moisturizing Lipstick – Velvet Rope – £1.44

Surprisingly, I actually think the 80p essential lipstick was the best quality! It was so smooth, and had such high pigment! The other two are still amazing, but definitely prefer the cheaper one!

Studio Long-Lasting Lustrous Eyeshadow – Party – £1.80

Again, like the Smudge Pot Cream, this isn’t the easiest thing to remove! I do prefer the smudge pot to this one due to the colour and quality of the actual product! Again, the cheaper one wins!!

Studio Baked Eyeshadow Trio – Peach Please – £1.60

I LOVE this! Definitely going to be coming with me in my makeup bag if I ever travel! Works out ever so slightly over 50p per shade! The lightest colour is so beautiful, and can’t wait to play around with this!

Studio Lip Exfoliator – Sweet Cherry – £4.50

Now I cheated with this picture since I took it from my review I did of this product. I actually ordered this first, and then got sent the exact same one, so I’m keeping the new one for my future giveaway!

Studio Blush – Pink Passion – £1.20

I am slightly disappointed that this isn’t as pigmented at I first hoped for, but on the other hand, I am slightly glad it isn’t as pigmented since I know it would look ridiculous on me!

Studio Moisturizing Foundation Stick – Natural – £2.40

Unfortunately, I don’t think this is my shade, but I have yet to try it on my face. I am going to keep this for when I fake tan though!

Studio HD Blush – Headliner – £1.80

What. Is. This?! I brought a similar blush product from Tam Beauty, and ended up hating it since it did the exact same thing! Hate this!!

Studio HD Blush – Superstar – £1.80

This is the worst. What the fuck is happening?! Am I being an idiot and applying this wrong?! I tried to apply the smallest amount, but still turned my hands into a mess! I’m currently writing this up 12 hours later with bright pink hands…

Studio Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder – St. Lucia – £5.00

I took swatch photos of this, but I’m not too sure where they’ve disappeared too! This has been declared as a NARS dupe, which you can tell straight away from the packaging! I do really like this though, and love that the blush is very natural looking!

Studio Bronzers – Cool Bronzer – £5.00

Again, the swatch photo eater was apparently hungry. This didn’t have the pigmentation I was hoping for, but going to give it a few tries before I make my mind up fully!

Studio Daily Brush Cleaner – £4.50

This is my first ever spray brush cleaner. I tried it out on a few eyeshadow brushes, and even though it did remove a lot of makeup, I was kind of expecting them to come out spotless! I think my expectations were a little too high! I’m still going to be using this after I use my brushes, so that at least they will be slightly cleaner, and won’t take me as long to do a full deep brush clean!

Studio Lash Collections – £1.80

I am bleeping awful at putting on eyelashes. Like honestly awful. Last time I tried to apply eyelashes (they were them single Russian eyelash extensions), I ended up gluing my eye shut, and somehow sneezing one out… Only I could mange to do that! If anyone knows any good fake eyelash tips, let me know!

June Mystery Bag:

Since I spent over a certain amount (I believe it was £25 and over), I got sent a mystery bag! Free gifts are always nice!

Studio Lash Tint Mascara – £5.00

When I first opened it up, I was completely shocked by the brush! I even looked it up to see if mine was faulty! It definitely will be good for getting my bottom eyelashes though!

Studio Lip Balm SPF 15 – Pink – £4.50

Look at that colour! Not entirely sure what it will look like on, but so far, I’m a big fan! Also, SPF 15? Yes please.

Studio Baked Eyeshadow Trio – Brown Bonanza – £4.50/£5

Really really really disappointed with this one! The other trio I brought was amazing! I don’t understand how this one is so shoddy! The gold toned shade is the most pigmented out of the bunch, but I’m not impressed.

I did also buy a lipgloss for £0.64 in the colour Brian for Lozza. She’s super impressed with it! It is a stunning shade, but unfortunately I didn’t manage to get a photo of it, since I couldn’t manage to find it in her bedroom! Where does your things go, mum?!

And that’s everything! The sale has unfortunately ended now, but I definitely have mixed feelings about the brand now. If I paid the full price for these, I would have been quite mad, since there was a lot of things I was disappointed by, but since everything was ridiculous cheap, I can’t really moan!
